We stand behind our suspenders. If something isn't right, email support@hikersco.com and we'll make it right, whether that's a refund, a replacement, or an exchange.

Size exchanges within 30 days

Ordered the wrong size? Exchange it free within 30 days of delivery. The first two exchanges are free. Log into your account with your order email and tap Request Return, and we'll send the new pair out. You don't need to return the first pair before we ship the replacement.

Refunds within 60 days

Changed your mind? Return your order for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there's no restocking fee. Log into your account with your order email and tap Request Return next to your order.

Defects within 100 days

If your suspenders have a manufacturer defect, we'll refund or replace them for up to 100 days. Email support@hikersco.com and tell us what happened.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original form of payment. Please allow about two weeks for your return to be processed once it reaches us.

Past one of these dates? Email us anyway. We can usually still make it right.
